We faced significant issues during our stay at Autocamp. The staff's incompetence was evident from the moment we checked in. we waited over an hour for assistance, and our payment was mishandled multiple times, leaving us overcharged by a significant amount. After countless attempts to resolve this, the lack of responsiveness from staff made it clear that our concerns were not a priority, resulting in an incredibly frustrating experience.

The outdoor pool was amazing, open late for our evening swims. We also enjoyed the live music at the campfire, which was a great touch for our nights.

The design of the Airstream campers around a beautiful property made for a unique and charming experience. Each trailer comes with its own firepit, perfect for star-gazing after a delightful BBQ cooked over the fire. The lodge facilities were well-maintained, and the pool was a perfect retreat after a long day exploring the area. However, accessing some amenities required purchasing supplies on-site, and a little more outdoor seating would enhance comfort during meals.

autocamp offers a very unique experience. everything was new and modern, with a surprisingly huge shower in the queen room. the campfire night with live country music was a perfect touch for relaxation. the pool hours were great too, allowing us to enjoy a late-night dip. plus, it’s just a short drive to the entrance of the national park, making it super convenient for our adventure.

The queen room was super comfy with a kitchenette, and the bathroom had an impressively large shower. The outdoor fire pits were great for cozy nights under the stars. The outdoor swimming pool and lounge chairs were perfect for relaxing. Also, loved having yoga classes available. So close to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance!
